I generally don't write a farewell to any year; instead I usually write something welcoming the New year. But today, as I sit in this empty office, I went on a quick 10 secs tour of my life in 2015, and felt that I should bid it a good bye; hence this post :)
I drove in to office today against the wish of all my office friends who chose to work from home. I somehow badly wanted to be in office this last day of the year, no particular reason. Maybe it was more of a gratitude I wanted to show my office; my work; my employer for having me around. As I drove into the office parking lot, it was all empty, and I realized how quiet its going to be in there. And it was pretty quiet., not many came in.
But nevertheless, year 2015 has been one of the important year in my life primarily because I got to check off a lot of items from my bucket list. Yes, I do have a LONGGggggggg bucket list, and this is the year where I got most of them checked off. I did a lot of crazy stuffs, some of which I might never get a chance to repeat. So they will stay afresh in my memories for years to come. I made a lot of good friends, who made this year more happening than I could think of.
What makes Life more beautiful and adventurous is the element of Unknown-ness that it wraps itself in. 2015 did give me a lot of reasons to feel sad, to miss people I love, but at the same time it gave me more reasons to smile and Rock'nRoll more than ever.
So cheers 2015, for creating in-numerous memories in my life that I can look back at and smile for years to come.
A great finish to this year was; me driving my Jeep Wrangler alone with some good music on the roads of Denver enjoying the view of snow clad mountains skyline on the way.

(Well, technically the day has just started and I have lot of things to do before this year ends, but still, no matter what happens for rest of this day, 2015 - thank you buddy for all the great moments you gave me!!)
