I thought that was my achievement, but No.

Perfect Fit!! Complete Satisfaction :D |
Well, the keeda in me started wriggling; so I decided to resize my watch in-house. I was a bit nervous; for one because it was an expensive model of Marc Jacobs watch;but then I thought, it's okay; worst case I wont be able to remove the links; then I will stick to my original plan of stopping by a repair store.
Watching couple of YouTube videos, with a ThumbPin and Screwdriver's Rubber handle (using as a hammer; and rubber prevents scratches on the watch while hammering); I did it. It took me 15 mins overall; but that included my learning curve and anxiety of may be I am not doing it the right way kind of thing that slows you down.
But friends, I assure you; I can resize your watch in less than 10 mins; how cool is that :D. Reason I am so excited was, it kind of finally reminded me ki maine engineering kari thi; breaking a working stuff and fixing it back (although not always to its original form) is what makes us engineers :P Got so busy with life, that I had stopped exploring things, of lets try and see if it works. I had been more of - save time, be less risky :) Guess, I have woken up the engineering keeda now; hope to explore more in coming days.
